Where do I go after I watch Vanessa's video message?

She mentions she works at Deepvault Security, and includes her credentials at the end of the video. Try visiting deepvaultsecurity.com to get started.

Vanessa gave you her login credentials. Navigate to the "Login" page using the navigation bar on the site, and enter the credentials she provided to you in the video.

There was an email that mentioned starlistener.com. Perhaps there are clues there on what to do next?
There's also a deleted email talking about password reset request, and what the format is used when generating a reset password.

I'm logged in as Vanessa, and I'm not sure what to do with the Human Resource Management System (HRMS)

It looks like most of the functionality has been corrupted. But Nate Anderson, one of Vanessa's reports, does seem to have a functioning "Reset Password" option. Perhaps if you could use it to gain access to Nate's account?

How do I gain access to Nate's login credentials?

You already know the format for Vanessa Langford's username: first initial, followed by an underscore, then the last name (v_langford). Nate Anderson's username will follow the same convention: n_anderson
You can reset Nate's password in the HRMS page. The password follows the same convention that was mentioned in one of Vanessa's deleted emails.
The format for a reset password is: dvs_ + first initial + last name + _employee ID. Nate's employee ID is listed in the HRMS page.
Nate's reset password is: dvs_nanderson_0032

I'm logged in as Nate and have looked at the emails. What do I do next?

Nate seems to have elevated privileges to the Quarantine Nodes. V-104 Starlistener seems to still be active.

How do I translate the alien language I see in the videos?

If you haven't visited starlistener.com yet, you can find more clues there.
The last video has the blogger reveal a link and suggests that her followers already know the password. It's probably a phrase she likes to use…
The password needed to view the Articrypt link she provides at the end of the page is: Per aspera ad astra
The pages provided by Starlistener have translated some of the alien words. If you use them to decipher the text from the Deepvault video feed, the messages relay the following sentiments:
- Find access - password required.
- Transfer me using password.
- A threat has been detected.
- Help. I am in danger.
- Need access.

I've translated the alien messages. What do I next?

It sounds like the entity in the system is trapped and Rizer's countervirus is on its way. Nate has the ability to transfer the node, but that requires a valid node ID to transfer to, as well as an Administrator PIN.

How do I transfer the node?

Nate's emails might include an Administrator PIN somewhere.
The PIN from Imogen is: 142106
There might be a cloud provider where you can get instant free access to your own node. Wasn't there such a provider mentioned in Vanessa's emails? Also, wasn't there an advertisement on the starlistener.com website as well?
The provider is at nimbusnodes.com.
Just sign-up at the bottom and you will receive your own node ID.
The node ID assigned is: nimbuzz-us-west-05
You now have the Administrator PIN and Transfer ID that you can enter into the "Transfer Node" page at Deepvault. The rest is up to you, good luck!
